There is no Internal Revenue Service representative assigned to Laos. Persons with questions on taxes may write to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service Office, c/o American Embassy, 27 Napier Road, Singapore 258508 (telephone: (65) 476-9413, or fax: (65) 476-9030) for assistance. You may also download IRS forms and publications from the IRS website.

The Consular Section does not stock state income tax forms. State tax forms may be obtained from each state in the United States, or may be downloaded from the Federation of Tax Administrators' website.
