Tax Information

Federal income tax forms for the current tax year are available on the IRS web site and from the Consular Section. There is no Internal Revenue Service representative assigned to Laos. Consular officers may not offer tax advice. Persons with questions on taxes may write to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service Office, c/o American Embassy, 27 Napier Road, Singapore 258508 (tel: (65) 476-9413, or fax: (65) 476-9030) for assistance. You may also download IRS forms and publications from the IRS Internet address at http://www.irs.gov.

The Consular Section does not stock state income tax forms. State tax forms may be obtained from each state in the United States, or may be downloaded from the internet from  http://www.taxadmin.org/fta/forms.ssi.
