Barry F. Lowenkron meets Vice
Foreign Minister Phongsavath Boupha.
Assistant Secretary of State Barry F. Lowenkron of the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) visited Vientiane October 17-19, 2006. He was accompanied by Michael Orona, Deputy Director of DRL’s Office of Asia and Western Hemisphere Affairs. A/S Lowenkron met and exchanged opinions on a range of issues with senior Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials, representatives of international organizations, and diplomats from other embassies while in Vientiane.
